Okay, can we just fast-forward to summer already? These longer days have me craving all the sunshine and fresh flavours! To get my fix, I made this ridiculously easy Strawberry Basil Sorbet in my Ninja Creami.

Seriously, just strawberries, fresh basil, a splash of lemon, and a drizzle of honey (or your fave sweetener). It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and it’s basically summer in a bowl. Who needs an ice cream truck when you have this?

Listen @meghan got me all inspired to level up my hosting game. I saw the dehydrated citrus garnish she used and I was like - I CAN DO THAT!
So I got to work - I used fresh lemons and oranges and utilized the dehydrate setting on air fryers (that we all seem to forget about) and voila!

Personally, I’ll be using these for garnish, teas, citrus salts, decor, and the list goes on!

Flexi-rods for the win! 🏆
This was my first time doing a flexi-rod set and loved the finish result. Big, Soft, Fluffy Curls? Yes please. I won’t lie I struggled with the technique (lol check out my YouTube video for the hilarious evidence) but practice makes improvement. I’ll definitely be doing this more regularly.

Next on my “to-do” list is a roller set.
